How to Prepare
"Crawfish Fettuccine"
Melt butter in a 5 qt. non-stick pot.
Add onions and bell pepper. Cook on medium heat until onions are translucent.
Add salt, celery salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Cajun seasoning to flour in a small bowl.
Dump flour mixture into pot and mix well.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add crawfish and cook for 10 minutes longer. Stir often.
Add Velveeta cheese and stir mixture until all of the cheese is melted.
Add milk and stir well.
Note: Start to cook fettuccine noodles in slightly salted water.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Add cooked fettuccine noodles and parsley. Thoroughly mix.
Note: If the Crawfish Fettuccine is too thick, simply add a little milk to thin until a nice creamy sauce is achieved. Add Cajun seasoning to taste, if needed.
Heat to serving temperature and serve with garlic bread and a salad. Serves 6.
Note: You can easily spice up this Crawfish Fettuccine Recipe by simply adding a little red pepper or a little more minced jalapeno pepper.
