How to Prepare
"Crawfish Cornbread"
Saute the onions and jalapeno peppers in a small amount of oil.
Mix corn meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl.
Add sauted vegetables and all other ingredients to the mixing bowl.
Mix well and pour into a 9" x 13" heavy glass baking dish.
Bake at 375° for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
