How to Prepare
"Crawfish Etouffee"

5 Qt. Pot

  • Melt the butter over medium-low heat and then add onions and cook until translucent.

  • Add the green onions and parsley and continue to cook on medium for 5 minutes.

  • Add cream of mushroom soup and mix well and then add the crawfish.

    Note: If mixture gets too thick, add a small amount of water to thin sauce.

  • Add salt and red pepper. Mix well.

    Note: If you want the Crawfish Etouffee to be very spicy, do not add salt.

  • Add Cajun seasoning to taste.

  • Simmer for approximately 15 minutes.

  • Serve Crawfish Etouffee over cooked rice.
